Job summary

Student Roost is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for student accommodation in Aberdeen. The role offers 30 hours per week, with an annual salary of £21,762 pro rata (£13.95 per hour) and overtime paid at 1.25x.

The position includes weekend work on a 5-out-of-7 pattern, within an autumn-spring cycle and annualised hours model. You will handle resident enquiries, provide exceptional service, assist with events, debt management, and admin tasks while supporting a welcoming, inclusive culture.

Salary : £21,762 per annum pro rata (£13.95 per hour) with overtime paid at 1.25 x hourly rate

Hours: Average of 30 hours per week (contracted to 1,560 hours annually pro rata)

Working pattern: Working 5 days out of 7 between 8am and 8pm, with regular weekend working

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July – September where increased hours will be required).
