Responsibilities

• Providing first class service to customers via our web platforms.
• Handling daily enquiries/complaints from customers and branches over the phone, chat and email.
• Increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
• Improving website conversion through effective parts identification first time.
• Taking orders from customers over the phone when needed.
• Ensuring all customer contacts are logged in the system.
• Making the customer top priority at all times.
