Job summary

Halo is expanding with a BRAND NEW Accident Repair Centre in Swansea, seeking a Customer Journey Specialist/Driver. You will manage all site administration and ensure vehicles are collected and delivered efficiently, while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves logistics planning, vehicle inspections with photos, and coordinating with workshop staff to keep throughput high. Full training provided and a strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organised with a keen eye for detail

  • Able to complete work start-to-finish within the given time frame

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties, including liaising with customers
  • Logistical and transport planning
  • Collect and deliver vehicles adhering to highway laws
  • Inspecting vehicles and taking clear photos throughout
  • Maintain a clear, methodical and clean working area
  • Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines and report issues
  • Coordinate with workshop staff to move vehicles efficiently
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as allocated by the Bodyshop Manager
  • Provide a positive and enthusiastic approach to daily work

Job description

Salary: £35,230 per annum with an increase on completion of probation.

Bonus: up to £3000 per annum

Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

We are looking for a Customer Journey Specialist/Driver to join our BRAND NEW Accident Repair Centre in Swansea. This will be our

39th site!The position is a high-profile position within the business and your general job functions include controlling all

elements of the site’s administration. The post holder will ensure all customer vehicles are collected and delivered in an

efficient, timely and professional manner. Providing an exceptional standard of customer service at all times.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Administration duties, including liaising with customers.
  • Logistical planning and transport planning.
  • Collect and deliver vehicles while adhering to all highway laws, including speed limits and restrictions.
  • Lightweight (Lorry) training will be required. Full training will be provided.
  • Inspecting vehicles and assessing damage; taking clear photos throughout.
  • A clear, methodical and clean working area which is to be maintained at all times.
  • Adhere to all areas of Health and Safety and report any issues as a matter of urgency.
  • Liaising with the workshop staff to get vehicles through the workshop as efficiently and effectively as possible.
  • Performing all other adhoc administrative duties as allocated by the Bodyshop Manager.
  • Supply a positive & enthusiastic approach to your working day at all times.
