Halo is expanding with a BRAND NEW Accident Repair Centre in Swansea, seeking a Customer Journey Specialist/Driver. You will manage all site administration and ensure vehicles are collected and delivered efficiently, while delivering exceptional customer service.
The role involves logistics planning, vehicle inspections with photos, and coordinating with workshop staff to keep throughput high. Full training provided and a strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail.
Salary: £35,230 per annum with an increase on completion of probation.
Bonus: up to £3000 per annum
Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

elements of the site’s administration. The post holder will ensure all customer vehicles are collected and delivered in an
efficient, timely and professional manner. Providing an exceptional standard of customer service at all times.
