Job summary

THG Ingenuity Ltd. in Gadbrook Park, Northwich, is hiring a Fixed Term - Customer Service Advisor for 3–6 months, starting 9 November 2026. The role is office-based with a shift pattern 8am–11pm and a 1 in 3 weekend rotation.

You will be the first point of contact for customers across live chat, phone, email and social media, resolving product and order inquiries while upholding THG's high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle multichannel inquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media.

• Engage with customers daily in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information and general service queries.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service.
• Apply ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and deliver top‑notch service.
