Customer Service Advisor Vacancy at FM Conway!
FM Conway is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work within our Aggregate and Asphalt division, based at our Head Office in Sevenoaks, Kent. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00.
The duties of the Customer Service Advisor role will include:
- Accurately receiving and processing orders
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining excellent customer service and effective communication in order to meet service delivery standards
- Building and maintaining relationships with our customers as well as our internal distribution, commercial and administration team
- Ensuring compliance with the service level standard
What skills and experience do you need?
As our
Customer Service Advisor, you will be confident on the phone, comfortable working within a fast paced environment and able to work well within a team. Peak times will include dealing with calls, emails and orders therefore, you will need to have a positive hands-on approach. Experience in customer facing roles as well as experience with dealing with a high level of calls is desirable however not essential.
