Bidfood UK is seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our team from Tuesday to Saturday. You’ll handle customer queries by phone or email, resolving issues with care and accuracy while offering supportive service across our depot network.
You will be a natural customer service advocate, using strong IT and finance skills to ensure high-quality outcomes, and you’ll contribute to process improvements that raise our service standards even further. Bank holidays rota applies.

This is a key role, focusing on providing effective, timely and high quality services to all our customers. You will handle and resolve a wide range of customer services issues on the phone, via email or your colleagues; using your excellent judgement and communication skills, and your passion for excellent service. Not only that, but you will seek to implement improvements to communication and processes to raise standards even further.
You must be a skilled and natural customer service advocate with understanding of its importance in a food distribution environment. Your attention to detail and organisation will be excellent, backed up with strong IT and finance skills.
Success in this role will utilise all your influence and impact with colleagues’ right across the depot, to ensure a shared commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
