Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisor roles to work in a clean, modern, and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Thornbury, Bristol.

We are looking for candidates with a keen eye for detail, computer literacy, and a willingness to absorb training. The working hours are from 8am to 5pm.

Pay and Benefits
  • £12.56 per hour (£24,495 per annum)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Company Pension with up to 5% matching

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide technical advice, and resolve complaints.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain professional telephone manners with external and internal customers.
  • Proactively minimize order delays and keep customers and colleagues informed.
  • Advise customers about product and service updates.
  • Update customer records accurately and in real-time.
  • Make decisions appropriate to the role and communicate potential impacts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet customer deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and focus on personal development.
  • Follow quality standards and health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe working environment and practice good housekeeping.
  • Reflect company values and lead by example.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Excellent PC and administrative skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
