Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC in Stansted is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to operate on the front line of sales and customer service from the depot. The role involves coordinating the hire process from order to delivery, liaising with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure customer needs are met and service is seamless.

Based in a desk-based environment, you will interact with multiple departments to minimise delays and to deliver excellent customer experiences.

• Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational role.

Responsibilities

Job Title - Customer Service Advisor

Location - Stansted

Working Hours - Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 17:00 - 42 hours per week

Salary £29,572 Per Annum Pro Rata

Based in the depot, the Customer Service Advisor is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Relationship building is the key to success, as the Hire Controller coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they're satisfied with our service.

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.
