Play an important part in our journey

Youll work as part of a team to make sure that you lead the way in delivering the best customer service to our internal teams and our customers. Youll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing advice and solutions to customer queries.In our busy and friendly team, your role is to respond to, and action the wide range of queries and requests that come to you. These might be from our National Account Sales team, and youll be investigating and logging calls in line with our agreed service levels through our Reflex system. With everything you do, youll be working to reach solutions and make our customer experience even better. This role is fast paced, but rewarding. So youll be kept busy as you help our teams and customers to grow.
