Our client is a leading distributor in Milton Keynes, seeking an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join their friendly and busy team.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

• Hours: 9am to 5.15pm
• Work arrangement: Hybrid
