Job summary

Job description

Location: Universal House, Erf Way, Middlewich

Salary: £24,852.66

Hours: Full-time | Current shift pattern includes 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 12pm-8pm, Monday to Friday. You'll typically work 2-3 late shifts per month and 1 Saturday every 4-6 weeks (8am-12pm).

InHealth has been a proud supporter of the NHS Diabetic Eye Screening Programme since 2011 and now delivers fully managed services nationwide. To support efficiency and improve user experience, we have developed our own bespoke software that allows us to adapt quickly to the needs of both patients and colleagues.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients by delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. Handling both inbound and outbound calls, you'll help patients with enquiries, encourage attendance at screening appointments, and provide clear, accurate information about diabetic eye care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, solving problems, and making a positive difference to patient experience.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls relating to diabetic eye screening
