Reporting to:

Customer Service Manager

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 17:00 pm

Salary:

GBP 25,000 per annum

Company:

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, is recruiting for our client's Customer Service team in Exeter on a permanent basis.

The Role:

1. Answer queries regarding orders and general inquiries.
2. Accurately input orders into the database.
3. Issue invoices and order acknowledgements to customers.
4. Calculate customer discounts and carriage costs related to orders.
5. Resolve complaints professionally and accurately.
6. Ensure customer records are updated and accurate within the CRM system and raise tickets when necessary.
7. Support the field-based Sales Team.

About You:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent time management skills.
4. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
5. Accurate attention to detail.
6. Previous experience in customer service over the telephone is beneficial.
7. Experience working with CRM systems is beneficial.
