Customer Service Advisor

Location:

Exeter, Devon - near Exeter Airport

Reporting to:

Customer Service Manager

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm

Salary:

£25,000 per annum

About us:

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, is currently recruiting to join our client's Customer Service team in Exeter on a permanent basis.

The role includes:

1. Answering queries and questions regarding orders and general inquiries
2. Accurately entering orders into the database
3. Issuing invoices and order acknowledgments to customers
4. Calculating customer discounts and carriage costs related to orders
5. Resolving customer complaints professionally and accurately
6. Updating customer records in the CRM system and raising tickets when necessary
7. Supporting the field-based Sales Team

About you:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Good time management skills
4. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Previous experience handling customer inquiries over the phone (beneficial)
7. Experience with CRM systems (beneficial)
