Host Student Housing Limited in Exeter is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our on-site team at Trust House/Northernhay House/The Northfield. You will be the friendly face for students, visitors and prospective residents, ensuring a welcoming living experience with strong admin support.

The role involves events, rent collection support, and front-of-house duties, with a 40-hour week, typical hours Monday–Friday. Salary £27,750 depending on experience.

We are on the lookout for a brand new Customer Service Advisor to be the heart of our student community in Trust House/Northernhay House/The Northfield, Exeter.

This is a full -time, on-site position, working 40 hours per week on a fixed shift pattern basis. Shifts are typically Monday to Friday between 9am - 5.30pm with a 30-minute paid lunch break included for any shifts over six hours. The role offers a salary of £27,750.00 , reflective of experience and responsibilities.
