Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join a renowned energy supplier in Bury. If you thrive in a role that requires precision, multitasking, and exceptional customer service skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you.

You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm. In return for your hard work, you’ll receive a starting salary of £24,000-25,000 + bonus + benefits and the opportunity to develop your career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients through various channels such as telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Accurately processing all customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Proactively resolving any customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts
