Job description

As a Customer Service Advisor at 4Com, you will provide telephone support to our customers to maintain their systems. You will assist the technical teams when needed and resolve 1st line faults promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer service standards at all times.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1st line technical support via telephone to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Obtaining referrals from satisfied customers for upgrades
  • Reporting third-party faults to relevant departments
  • Supporting the technical team as needed
  • Performing administrative duties such as logging calls and database management

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • An excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Experience in an inbound call centre or customer-facing role
  • Exposure to telecoms/IT (preferred but not essential)
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for duties
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
