A leading company in financial services is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their branch team. The role involves providing support and advice to customers, engaging in cashier duties, and contributing to a dynamic work environment. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5.15pm, and alternate Saturdays, 8.45am - 12.15pm.
Interviews: Interviews will be a 90-minute competency-based session at our Abingdon branch. We aim to interview successful applicants within one week, and feedback will be provided regardless of the outcome. We reserve the right to close this vacancy at any point.

You will welcome, support, and advise customers on their savings accounts through various methods. This role is varied and interesting, and no day will be the same. While your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, you will also be involved in cashiering, admin tasks, and more.
We want to help you develop: You'll be provided with digital regulatory training and learning modules via our online platform. There will also be knowledge-boosting workshops throughout the year. Support from your team and manager underpins this development.
We want to help others: Besides providing financial services, we support our local communities through volunteering, fundraising, and community events. All employees receive two paid volunteering days annually to support causes they care about.

Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with internal and/or external customers to ensure high-quality service.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 packages, including Outlook, Office 365, Word, and Excel.
