As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in providing an efficient and professional reception and administrative service. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, liaising with consultants and their PA teams to obtain the correct information and documentation, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.

Colleagues will work 40 hours per week between 7:30am and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday, in line with the needs of the business.
