Tate seeks a part-time Information Rights Case Officer in Hove to support management of information rights requests under FOIA, GDPR, and related laws. You will work on a hybrid basis handling queries by phone and written correspondence, ensuring timely responses and accurate guidance.
The role is 22 hours per week on a temporary 3-month contract, with office presence as needed. Experience with sensitive cases and strong literacy/numeracy are essential.

We are looking for a Information Rights Case Officer to support the effective management of information rights requests.
You will ensure that requests made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and related legislation are handled accurately, efficiently and within statutory deadlines.
Working closely with services across the Brighton and Hove areas, you will provide expert advice, guidance and support on information rights matters while contributing to continuous service improvement.
