Location: Cambridge Office Based

Are you a friendly, organised, and proactive individual looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? We’re seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Cambridge office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls and providing helpful, professional responses
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing day-to-day diary scheduling and appointments for internal teams
  • General administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer issues
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
