This is a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and customer-focused, who enjoys a mix of admin, data work, and case management.
You’ll play a key role in handling sensitive cases (like vehicle collections and vulnerable customers), supporting internal teams, and producing accurate reporting to help shape business decisions.

Admin support across customer operations
Manage email inboxes, customer queries & documentation
Handle complex casework (deceased estates, fraud, collections)
Liaise with internal teams & third parties
Strong admin and organisational skills
Comfortable handling sensitive or regulated information
Experience in motor finance, credit, or debt recovery
Knowledge of FCA regs & TCF principles
