Bridgnorth Town Council is offering Apprenticeship Opportunities in Customer Service, Administration and Communications in Bridgnorth. You will support frontline resident enquiries, help maintain records and assist with council communications.
The role includes 37 hours per week, training through a recognised apprenticeship, and you should have GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, or be willing to achieve them. Salary is the National Minimum Wage apprenticeship rate.
Bridgnorth is an historic market town on the banks of the River Severn. The town currently has a population of 12,000 and acts as a centre for the rural area of eastern Shropshire. It has strong links with the nearby West Midlands conurbation and is a popular leisure destination. It is likely that there will be significant population growth in the wider area over the next decade.
We are looking for Customer Service / Administration/ Communications Apprentices to support the delivery of excellent customer service, communications and administrative support across the Town Council whilst undertaking a recognised apprenticeship programme
