Job summary

Halfords in Brighton is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver friendly customer service, demonstrate products and explain our fitting services. You will learn product knowledge and help customers choose the right items, with a focus on delivering fast, helpful service in-store.

The role requires weekend availability, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to hit basic sales targets while providing excellent customer experiences. Training and career progression are supported.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
