Job summary

GoFibre is expanding across Scotland and the North of England and seeks energetic Field Sales Executives to drive growth. You’ll engage homeowners at their doors, discuss the benefits of full fibre broadband, and guide customers to the best GoFibre package.

This role is outdoors and target-driven, with ongoing coaching and day-to-day support. The position offers a base salary of £26,227.50 plus uncapped commissions, with an OTE of £50,000 and loyalty bonuses over £4,000 in year one, plus a

What does a typical day look like?

• Knock on 100+ new doors every day, creating opportunities and building relationships.
• Have genuine conversations with homeowners about the benefits of full fibre broadband.
• Help customers find the right GoFibre package for their home.
• Turn conversations into sales and achieve personal targets.
• Represent the GoFibre brand with confidence, energy and enthusiasm.

How we work

Monday to Friday | 12:00pm – 8:00pm and weekends on rotational basis

Your mornings are yours. Hit the gym, walk the dog, run errands or simply enjoy a slower start before heading out to meet customers.

What We're Looking For

What You'll Earn

• £26,227 guaranteed annual salary
• Uncapped commission – the more you achieve, the more you earn (OTE £50,000)
