Job summary

YouFibre in Burnley is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive broadband sign-ups across local residents. You will be out on the door, build relationships, manage your pipeline and hit personal targets.

You’ll earn £25,000 base with uncapped commission (OTE £50K) plus a £250 monthly car allowance, 25 days leave and a suite of benefits. A full UK driving license and a confident, ambitious sales profile are essential.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in face-to-face settings.

Field Sales Executive

Location: Burnley, Lancashire

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

You’ve got sales experience in spades, you’re confident, ambitious and hungry to earn.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
