Join Our Team as a Customer Sales Assistant

In this role, you'll be at the forefront, engaging with customers who visit your branch; playing a vital part in our ongoing success by providing first-class service and ensuring safety for colleagues and customers at all times.

What Will I Be Doing?

No two days are the same in TP branch life, but here are some key responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with customers to deliver the highest standards of service. Being helpful and friendly, often getting to know customers on a first-name basis.
• Handling requests, providing product information, preparing quotes, and assisting customers with their purchases to improve our sales performance.
• Ensuring the safe and correct movement of products within the branch.
• Maintaining safety standards by adhering to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.

What Experience Do You Need?

This is a key customer-facing role. You need the ability to provide great customer service; we can teach you the rest.
