Halfords is looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in the UK. You will learn product details and demonstrate them to customers while promoting Halfords fitting services. Training is provided to develop knowledge and career progression across the Group.

We value a proactive, friendly approach, with experience in retail or other customer-focused sales. Weekend rota availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail sales.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Problem solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally some experience meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain Halfords products to customers.
• Explain the practical aspects of fitting services.
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and career progression.
