Job summary

We are hiring at Sureserve Group in Bathgate for experienced outbound Customer Sales Advisors. You will call homeowners to promote energy-efficiency upgrades and convert qualified opportunities into appointments and sales.

The role requires strong communication, pricing discussions and a track record of hitting targets in a high-volume environment. We offer a 37.5 hour week with competitive benefits and long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound/telesales, contact centre or target-driven sales experience.
• Confident communicator with strong telephone sales skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong questioning, listening and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and costs.
• Results-driven with a proven focus on achieving targets.
• Resilient and motivated in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Accurate CRM and data-entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in home improvements, energy, utilities or construction sales is advantageous.
