Job summary

Halfords in Staines-upon-Thames is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and support sales on rota shifts including weekends.

You will learn product details and fitting services, helping customers choose the right items while promoting Halfords services and deals. Training is provided to develop your skills and advance within the Retail group.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work a rota basis, including weekends.
• Experience working towards sales targets.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:
