Job summary

Halfords in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. You will help customers choose products, demonstrate features, and explain our fitting services while working on a rota that includes weekends.

The role offers training and career development within the Retail business area, with a welcoming team and a strong focus on customer experience and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail sales is preferred.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment

• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
