Job summary

Halfords in Suffolk is hiring a Part-time Retail Associate to support customer service at our Bury St Edmunds store on a rota that includes weekends. You’ll learn product knowledge and how to demonstrate and explain our fitting services while helping customers find the right solutions.

The role offers training and potential career progression within the Halfords Group. Experience in customer-facing sales is preferred, but we’ll value a proactive approach and a keen interest in motoring and

• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.
