Job summary

Halfords in Redditch is hiring a part-time retail assistant to help customers and demonstrate products and services. You’ll learn product knowledge, work on sales with targets, and join a team focused on great service and a positive customer experience.

The role requires a flexible rota including weekends; you’ll benefit from extensive training, staff discounts, and a supportive environment as you develop your career in motoring and cycling retail.

• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.
