Job summary

Halfords in Gloucester is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service while promoting products and services, including fitting services. You will work 16 hours weekly, with weekend shifts and on-site duties, supported by comprehensive training and career progression opportunities.

The role emphasises customer care, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets, with store discounts and other benefits to support your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment

• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
