Halfords is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor at our Northampton, Weedon Road Industral Estate store. This part-time role covers 8 hours per week with weekend work on a rota basis and £10.85–£12.71 per hour depending on age.

You’ll help customers with friendly, proactive service, learn product knowledge and explain fitting services. The company offers extensive training, employee discounts, pension and a range of well-being benefits to support your career growth.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
