Nationwide is seeking a Customer Relationships Manager for Enfield, North London. The role involves helping customers access products and services through face-to-face, phone, or video support, with a focus on building rewarding relationships.

The position is a 12-month secondment, full-time, 35 hours per week, based at the Enfield branch, with a comprehensive training and support package to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or relationship management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across branches and remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, video call or face-to-face to identify needs and access products.
• Be SME within your branch to support colleagues with quality conversations and assist vulnerable customers.
• Deliver outcomes across non-advised product range and explain products clearly to customers.
• Grow skills through training and support package and develop your understanding over time.
