Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in the York area. You will focus on increasing occupancy through sales, marketing, and community networking, handling enquiries, and enhancing the home's digital profile.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data analysis in CRM systems, and driving occupancy with a proactive, customer-focused approach within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience; healthcare background preferred but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Own all sales activity for the home to improve occupancy.
• Talk to potential residents by phone and provide welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand experiences and needs.
• Respond to sales enquiries and actively generate leads and marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
