Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team in Taunton. You will drive occupancy by delivering a full range of sales and marketing approaches, handling enquiries, developing the home’s digital profile and networking with the local community.

The role requires proven sales and marketing experience (healthcare preferred), CRM data analysis with Salesforce or similar, and a self-motivated, target-driven attitude.

Qualificações

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to analyze data on Salesforce or similar CRM
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Full UK driving licence

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first-class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.

NEED TO DO:

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
