Customer Relationship Management Executive

Pay Range: This range is provided by VWA (Victoria Wall Associates). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay Range: Up to £37K

Location: City of London

Working Model: Hybrid working – 1 day in the office minimum

The Client: A leader in the transport industry with offices based in the heart of London! This business offers excellent benefits and an excellent work-life balance, with flexible hybrid working and working hours.

The Role: This is an Engagement CRM Executive position, which will involve planning, delivering, reporting, and optimizing CRM communications for key engagement e-mail campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Management of CRM calendar for all affiliated brands
  • Liaising with product owners and partners to plan engagement campaigns
  • Leading on customer segmentation for all engagement emails and tailoring content
  • Managing all aspects of the ESP (Email Service Provider)
  • Design, build and deliver all engagement campaigns
  • Email copywriting and content creation, including creating corresponding web landing pages
  • Tracking, reporting and forecasting campaign performance and presenting findings to the wider team
  • Processing partner sales orders
  • Ad-hoc support to the wider Engagement and CRM teams.

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience in CRM planning, analyzing, and testing
  • Previous experience of working with/managing an ESP system - Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starting and positive attitude.

Additional Information:

  • Salary up to £37K depending on experience
  • Benefits include train discounts, generous holiday allowance (26 days initially but increasing up to 30), enhanced maternity leave, personal development days, and private medical insurance.
  • Flexible working hours – 35 hours per week with 10am-4pm core hours, e.g., 9-5, 8-4, or 10-6.
  • The business offers flexible hybrid working, with one day in the office required per week.
