Job summary

Countryside Partnerships PLC is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Vistry South West Midlands, reporting office Coleshill. You will be the primary contact for customers throughout the journey, coordinating resources to resolve issues swiftly and reliably while maintaining a strong results focus.

You will conduct pre-handover inspections on open-market plots to ensure quality and deliver exceptional customer service after move-in, tracking snag progress and supporting sales

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-handover inspections on open-market sales plots to ensure quality and finesse in delivery.
• Support sales and site teams in managing customer satisfaction after move-in.
• Record and manage progress of customer snagging from Courtesy Visit review.
• Help maintain NHBC scores at 8 weeks and 9 months with exemplary customer service.
