Job summary

Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Quality Administrator on a 12‑month fixed term contract. Based at Bishop Cleeve, Cheltenham, you will support the Quality Engineering team with customer questionnaires, contract/order reviews and ERP transactions.

You’ll work under the Operations Quality Manager and Head of Quality, using our CRM system to assist in MRB activities and maintain customer relationships with a professional, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Ontic Quality Engineering teams with customer quality questionnaires.
• Respond to customer queries and assist in contract/order reviews.
• Assist Material Review Board activities and related ERP transactions.
