Job summary

Tesco Insurance and Money Services invites you to join a two-year Customer scheme across proposition development, marketing and data-driven decision making. You’ll gain broad experience and support customers directly as part of our Customer Service team, based at our Edinburgh or Glasgow campuses.

Qualifications

• This scheme targets potential and curiosity with a willingness to learn.
• Experience with customer data insights and decision-making is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Completing research using customer feedback and external input to provide recommendations on how to improve our product and services
• Contributing to the preparation of various data and analytics reports. Helping managers make effective decisions based on data
• Writing engaging and inspiring briefs to bring stakeholders along on the journey
• Supporting the deployment of and monitoring of marketing campaigns
