Huws Gray Group invites applications for a Customer Operations Manager to lead service excellence across London and the Home Counties. You will own key customer operations, drive performance, and partner with Sales Relationship Managers to exceed expectations.

This hands-on role covers managing customer profiles, stock coordination, KPI development, and resolving invoice queries while ensuring safety and compliant processes across branches.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Customer Core and Van Stock profiles
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
• Deliver weekly and monthly operational tasks
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive performance improvements
• Manage outstanding orders and stock with branch teams
• Coordinate new product requests with the Commercial team
• Build strong relationships with Branch Teams, Sales Relationship Managers, and senior stakeholders
• Resolve invoice queries and monitor outstanding debt
