Responsibilities

• Manage seamless customer order processing and help meet service level targets by monitoring orders against forecasts.
• Develop strong relationships with 3rd Party Logistics providers and coordinate with finance to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor customer forecasts and product intake, flag discrepancies, and support demand balancing to maximise sales and reduce excess stock.
• Build partnerships across the Supply Chain and Demand, Distribution, and Logistics teams to align customer needs with operational plans.
