Zealous Agency is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager (CRM) to lead email and push campaigns for a major UK retailer. You’ll own end-to-end CRM activity in a fast-paced marketing team, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer data and creative copy to drive engagement and revenue.

Ideal candidates will blend data insight with creative storytelling, translating strategy into commercially impactful communications.

I'm looking for a Customer Marketing Manager (CRM) to join a fast-paced marketing team and help shape and deliver impactful email and push campaigns for a major UK retailer.

You'll be hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using customer insight, creativity and data to deliver relevant communications across promotions, loyalty, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
