Amour Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an amazing company who has a brand-new role for a Customer Liaison Manager to act as a go between for the company and two of their major clients.
This role is offered as home working but you must be prepared to attend the customer sites in London and the company site in Portsmouth if and when needed
Acting as the customers focal contact you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the service delivered to the customer is clearly understood and delivered accordingly. This may include the support teams’ performance, stakeholder management, service level performance and reporting. Customer satisfaction, communication and accurate planning is key to the success of this role.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
