AS Watson in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Insights Analyst to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decisions across Offline & Online channels. You will enable data-led decision-making, support self-service analytics adoption, and deliver performance visibility to drive growth.

You'll partner with Customer, Commercial, Marketing and Trading teams to uncover customer behaviours, segment markets and present findings to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Strong experience in customer, behavioural and market analytics.
• Confident storyteller who can communicate insights and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL and analytical skills to transform datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, loyalty, CLV and O+O retail landscape.
• Experience delivering customer segmentation and value insights that inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Use customer, loyalty and transactional data to uncover behaviours and motivations across O+O channels.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
• Partner with Customer, Commercial, Marketing and Trading teams to improve acquisition, engagement, loyalty and retention.
• Monitor customer trends, market developments and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Deliver meaningful analysis and recommendations for more relevant, personalized experiences.
• Explore new analytical techniques and AI capabilities to uncover growth opportunities.
