Job summary

Computacenter seeks an Information Security Officer within our GIS Cybersecurity Organisation. You will oversee all cybersecurity matters for customer accounts and contractual obligations, driving maturity in line with NIST CMMi level 3+.

The role involves security governance, incident management, and mentoring a team of security managers. You will partner with account teams, support workshops, ensure liaison with customer stakeholders, and supervise risk-based remediation actions across

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of professional experience in Information Security / Cyber Security in an international setting.
• Completed university degree or comparable education/business experience.
• CIISec Skills Framework familiarity.
• GIS adopted frameworks including ITIL, SAFe, DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of Information Security Governance and Management. (Section A)
• Knowledge of Information Risk Management. (Section B3)
• Knowledge of Secure Operations Management. (Section E1)
• Knowledge of Management, Leadership & Communications. (Section J)
• English language level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer security management and contractual obligations.
• Provide security incident management for customer accounts.
• Coordinate security governance and assurance with internal delivery units.
• Support security risk assessments and remediation actions with customers.
• Educate and mentor security managers to align with customer needs.
• Manage multiple customer accounts and ensure key commitments are met.
• Promote adoption of security policies across account operations.
