Job summary

TF Solutions, part of Travis Perkins plc, is recruiting a Senior Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover as part of the SLT. You will lead the annual marketing strategy, drive customer value propositions and revenue growth, and manage a £300k budget with two Marketing Executives.

You'll report to the Managing Director, champion the voice of the customer, and coordinate cross-functional teams across branches and supplier locations in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in a progressive high velocity marketing role.
• Proven experience managing direct reports.
• Strong multichannel marketing expertise across digital, offline, PR and event production.
• Demonstrated capability in financial scrutiny, budget management and measuring campaign ROI.
• Excellent project management, data analysis and stakeholder presentation capabilities.
• High commercial acumen with the resilience to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sitting on the Senior Leadership Team and shaping the annual marketing strategy.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing strategy and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee multichannel campaigns across digital, web, print and events.
• Manage external PR, creative and social media agencies; drive joint supplier funding (JIF).
• Analyze campaign performance, track growth and margin metrics; report to executives.
• Ensure website content and digital touchpoints remain current with market strategy.
