Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited in Colchester is seeking a Customer Service & Acquisitions Lead on a 3 Month Contract to join our digital connectivity team. You will blend customer service, acquisition, account management, sales support, administration, and reporting to drive new customers and support onboarding, billing, and performance metrics.

Collaborating with operations, marketing and finance, you’ll ensure an exceptional customer experience while expanding our customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Support, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Experience within telecommunications, broadband, digital technology, utilities, or a similar sector.
• Experience with customer onboarding processes.
• Experience with invoicing, payments, and account administration.
• Knowledge of customer acquisition and lead generation techniques.
• Experience producing management reports and performance data.
• Understanding of process improvement and service development.
• Customer-focused and approachable.
