Job summary

Tesco PLC in the United Kingdom seeks a customer-focused colleague to deliver friendly service across our stores. You’ll assist customers, know our range, and support shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking and occasional deliveries.

We value teamwork and Initiative, with a focus on great service, strong sales and efficient store operations. Flexible hours are available from day one, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and shifts planned in advance.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Being confident with Tesco products and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible store support: shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service duties.
• Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how role supports great service, strong sales, and store performance.
